Bar Attendant

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-volume bar or upscale establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Strong work ethic.
• Available nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure guest safety at all times.
