As Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team to deliver an intimate, warming, and memorable level of service. It’s also a little bit fun and a little bit cheeky in a way that makes our guests feel like they are dining with old friends.
This role isn’t for the faint-hearted. The expectations are high (17 floors to be exact), and sometimes you will feel like you are spinning (it’s because you are), but the reward of sharing in our guests most important memories, and teaching others how to offer genuine and heart-warming service, will be worth the effort.
